About Us
Elite Fitness is owned and operated by Coach Carlos a former Professional Boxer/Coach*/Manager with 15 years plus of experience. He first stepped into the ring at age 19 and became the Amateur Muay Thai champion for the state of California, it was his love, knowledge and appreciation of the human body, amongs other things that led to a change of heart which resulted in retiring from competitive fighting. He now uses his drive and experience to help people get fitter and healthier, all the benefits of a complete workout minus the injuries.
