My son had private boxing lessons over the summer, it was a great experience. Coach Carlos is Awesome! Super knowledgeable and most of all very patient with my son. 100% recommend it and would definitely do it again.

I joined Elite Boxing Academy a month ago. I honestly had no training experience and very weak strength in my arms, but I have been improving and having fun in every class that I attended. Coach Carlos has fostered a positive environment for everyone to achieve his/her goals. In this short period of time, I have gained about 1% of lean muscle and lost 2% of body fat.

This a great place to work out! Workouts are in a class style setting and every day is different. Coach Carlos is very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and healthy living. He is dedicated to his craft and to helping his students achieve their goals. Your personal progress is goal oriented. Each student is assigned a goal to achieve and the class is set up to keep you accountable.

I’ve been coming for nearly 4 months now and have lost nearly 20 pounds. My clothes fit better and my overall fitness level has drastically improved. The appeal for me is the burn you get every class! Every day is different and you won’t do the same workout twice in a week. Students of the academy are from all walks of life and everyone is friendly and welcoming. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome and encouraged to be better. We all keep each other accountable and teach each other tips to help one another get to that next level. Hitting pads is always a blast! Looking to let off some steam? Come strap up those gloves and let it out!!! You’ll feel better in more ways than one!!!
